SERVICES
Grant Writing & Application Management
We assist with all stages of the grant application process; creating compelling project rationales, demonstrating effective design and collaboration, writing and presenting budgets. With experience in winning grants from local, state and federal government departments as well as private trusts and foundations, we can take the pain out of this complicated process for you.
For large and complicated applications (generally $1 million+), we also provide project management support; tracking the progress of all supporting documents, liaising with different staff members and external stakeholders, and preparing templates and other materials as required.
Review & Edit Services
Some organisations prefer to manage the bulk of grant writing and application preparation in-house, but still benefit greatly from an external review prior to submission.
We offer thorough editing and reviews of all components of a grant application – including the narrative, budgets and supporting documents. This is not just a quick grammar check – for most clients we thoroughly reframe content and provide extensive commentary on how to further increase competitiveness.
If you mean business and are seeking significant grant funds, we have found it to be so beneficial for our clients to gain at least an external review before submission.
Ongoing Grants Management
For charities and social enterprises who are eligible for at least 5 grants each year, we offer monthly retainers to deliver ongoing grants management, including research, writing and managing acquittals. We work collaboratively with your staff and existing systems (Asana, google drive, sharepoint, etc) to efficiently coordinate applications.
